The transformation of subsidized regions of Russia In self-developing regions

The article reveals the economic content of the transformation of underdeveloped regions into self-developing. The paper argues the feasibility of reproduction approach to assessing the financial flows of territorial systems. The author defines criteria and key indicators for the assessment of the financial situation in regions. The paper indicates the preconditions for the emergence of self-developing regions.

This article analyzes some implications of transformation of economic relations in Russia. Basing on the example of the situation with the distribution of profits in the metallurgy, the author shows the value of the lost revenues of the budget system of the Russian Federation, in particular, of the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
